About the event
If you are an elder, join us for an Elders Mikiskaw Lunch at Northern College. RSVP by December 10.
We will try to accommodate last-minute registrations, but we cannot guarantee space.
This pre-event lunch is only for elders and their accompanying guests.
The general public is invited to arrive at 1 pm for tea and bannock, and for the Mikiskaw Elders Storytelling Celebration that will run from 1:30 to 3 pm, finishing with live music by Everett Morrison, Stan Louttit, and others.
Elders who attend the dinner or come afterwards are invited to share stories of olden days relating to the Mikiskaw and Christmas season.
